Here at Whyte Weddings, we are super excited to be able to offer brides a way of creating the bespoke Wedding Dress of their dreams, without the high price tag! One of our most popular designers Maggie Sottero is offering brides ways to customise their beautiful gowns to make them more personal. Whilst also looking as ultra-chic and fab as we have come to expect from Maggie.

All the gowns are handmade to order. The powerhouse designer is giving brides options to tailor the dress to suit their tastes with designs chosen by Maggie Sottero themselves. You know your finished dress is going to look amazing!!

The tailoring options are hand chosen to suit each individual gown, so the result is always going to be stunning. The options include changing your train length to suit you as a bride. If you are looking for dramatic impact, then why not opt to lengthen the train! Our personalize it gowns can have their train extended by up to 5” longer! Or if you would love the drama for your ceremony but would like a little less train for the reception then some of their gowns have a gorgeous detachable train option. This creates a dramatic double scallop effect for the aisle and can then be removed via little clear snaps for the evening. Or if you are loving a dress but feel that maybe the train is too much then we can shorten it for you or even have it removed entirely for a more relaxed wedding vibe.

Another stunning dress option is to change the dress layers so that the gown is more suited to your style or venue. If you are a bride that lives for the drama, then why not look at changing the lace layer to something with a bit more of a sparkle. With beautiful sequin and glitter options you can guarantee your gown will be glistening and shimmering under the lights of your day. If sparkle is not your thing then some gowns can have the sparkle removed for a more traditional wedding day look.

Sleeves are also a new way to add your own personalized touch on a wedding dress. Maggie Sottero are allowing brides to have the option of adding long sleeves to some of their gowns. You can opt to have these sewn in when the dress is made or if you are after more than one look for the day you can have the option of detachable long or cap sleeves. This creates one look for the ceremony and one look for the party, creating two different looks with one stunning dress!

Lastly, they have also created options to fill in plunging necklines or to line sheer bodices for those brides that love the look but would like them to show a little less skin.
